Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA): Simple Definition
There are several consumer protection laws that regulate the credit and loan industry. One that is most relevant to our subject is Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA):
A consumer protection law that imposes obligations on credit bureaus (and similar agencies) that maintain consumer credit histories, lenders and other businesses that buy reports from credit bureaus, and parties who furnish consumer information to credit bureaus. Among other provisions, the FCRA limits the sale of credit reports by credit bureaus by requiring the purchaser to have a legitimate business need for the data, allows consumers to learn the information on them in credit bureau files (including one annual free credit report), and specifies procedure for challenging errors in that data.
Balloon Mortgage and Balloon Payment
Balloon Mortgage: A mortgage with monthly payments often based on a 30-year amortization schedule, with the unpaid balance due in a lump sum payment at the end of a specific period of time (usually 5 or 7 years). The mortgage may contain an option to “reset” the interest rate to the current market rate and to extend the due date if certain conditions are met.
Balloon Payment: A final lump sum payment that is due, often at the maturity date of a balloon mortgage.

Prepaid credit cards
Prepaid credit cards are sometimes referred to as guaranteed credit cards because of the ease of getting one, the application process requires nothing more than providing your details and paying the card application fees where applicable.
There are many advantages to prepaid credit cards. Prepaid credit cards are credit cards that have been paid for prior to any purchases being made on the card. The cards hold a line of credit based on the amount that is prepaid on the account. Once the card is prepaid, consumers can then make credit card purchases with the loaded cards.
Ideal for those who can't control their spending; you can only spend what you put on the card; there is no risk of getting into debt.
Prepaid credit cards are ideal for students and kids who can't legally obtain a credit card; you will be able to purchase goods wherever credit cards are accepted.
Since there is no credit scoring, approval for a prepaid credit card is guaranteed provided you meet some basic requirements.
Ideal for traveling; you can spend or withdraw cash from ATM machines abroad with your prepaid credit card.

One of the biggest advantages to prepaid credit cards is never having a monthly credit card statement. Users can stay within a certain budget when shopping and paying for expenses because the cards will not let you exceed the limit that you have already paid on them. In addition, you can budget for expenses and pay the credit cards to use instead of making a monthly payment on traditional credit cards.
Another advantage to prepaid credit cards is identity theft protection. If you make frequent purchases on the Internet the prepaid credit cards is an option for you. If by chance your information is processed on an unsecured server the only charges that can be made on the credit card that you used is the amount that you prepaid on the card. This does not completely protect you against identity theft but it can help to minimize the amount of financial damage.
Prepaid credit cards are interest free. If you stop and think about all the interest you pay on other credit cards throughout the year, you might not be saving very much on discounted products. Since the money on the prepaid credit cards is your money, there is no interest rate that you need to pay monthly. When the card amount is empty you can budget to add more or you can cut the card in half without ever having pay one penny of interest.
It is very simple. You deposit what you have and withdraw the same using your Prepaid credit cards.
